Total of 3 female working professionals will be sharing the house. All will have private bed/bath. We are quiet, and have very minimal interaction in the house. But we are friendly. :)

- Utility/Wifi costs will be split three ways equally. (Approx. $100+/mo)

- New Samsung Smart Washer/Dryer in-unit

- Dimmable Phillips Hue Lights can be adjusted with controller and or smart phone app

- Large living room area

- Full kitchen

- All Private baths

- No furniture are provided (If you need furniture, 1desk+1chair+1matteress available for $100 total .)

- No Parking permit available, Only Street Parking left at (1min walk away)

House Rules:

- No Guests (Only allowed on special occasions, Housemates should ask each other before brining guests)

- All household items need to be purchased and used separately. (No common use of food, kitchenware, cleaning products)

- Rent is due 1-2 days prior to 1st day of the month

- Please Clean and Dishwash common area right after use

- Each room has own locks and keys for extra safety and privacy. (Please feel free to lock room doors when not in the house.)

- Utility Bills will be uploaded to bill-split app as soon as bills are paid
