Office Administrator & Bookkeeper

[Job Type]
- Contract Position (Period: 24 months)
Extension or conversion to a permanent position may be considered based on performance and business growth.
- Full-Time: Annual salary of $50,000 (5 days/week, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week)
- Part-Time: Annual salary of $35,000 (3 days/week, approx. 24 hours/week)
*Final compensation may be adjusted depending on experience and qualifications.
[Job Responsibilities]
- Support overall administrative tasks related to the establishment and operation of the U.S. subsidiary
- Manage and organize corporate documents, including NDAs, quotations, contracts, and other business documents
- Coordinate and communicate regularly with external accounting firms (Bookkeeper/CPA)
- Manage receipts, expense records, and supporting documentation
- Support AP/AR (Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable) management
- Provide and manage payroll-related data and documentation
- Support banking operations, including payments, transfers, and account management
- Coordinate office operations, utilities, and general administrative matters
- Support various operational tasks required for the early-stage setup and growth of the U.S. entity
[Required Qualifications]
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Strong communication skills in English and Korean
- English: Advanced (or Upper-Intermediate): Able to communicate with local CPA, legal advisors, vendors, and handle general administrative tasks
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Prior experience in U.S. startups, subsidiaries, or global companies
- Experience with U.S. accounting, bookkeeping, or business operations
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or Excel
- Understanding of U.S. B2B business processes
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to contribute to the growth of an early-stage U.S. subsidiary
