Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project teams while ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of construction projects.

Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.

Coordinate subcontractors and vendors.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders.

Identify and resolve project risks and issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

5+ years of project management experience.

Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management software.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
