Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.

• Assist in the preparation of tax returns for individuals and businesses.

• Conduct account reconciliations and analyze financial data

• Collaborate with clients & consult them to address their accounting & business needs

• Assist with bookkeeping and payroll functions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.

• CPA certification or in progress is a plus.

• 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred (internships included).

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
